# 5979. A French 3 piece Egyptian Revival clock set. Circa 1880-1885. Slate, marble and bronze. Size of the clock is 6 7/8" deep x 20" long and 18.5 " tall. Each garniture is 5" x 7" x 19". Condition: the clock runs (a little slow and the original pendulum should be adjusted. There are minor chips to the marble edges and there was something attached to the top surrounding the sphinx. This is a very heavy clock set and we would not recommend shipping it. On the dial is the name of the store that sold this clock: "T. B. Oakley & Co. ( the name of the avenue) Paris "
