# Stove 1. A Cast Iron and Ceramic Tile Parlor Stove. Design D. Manufactured by the Groveland Foundry of Dighton Mass. Marked: "The Low Art Tile Works." The tiles were made by J.G. and J.F. Low Art Tile Works Chelsea Mass USA Copyrighted by J.G. & J.F. Low 1885. Size: The main section is 34" tall to the top of the finial x 19.5" wide and 17" deep; the base adds another 7" to the total height. Condition: there are 7 ceramic roundels missing, mostly from the base; the interior including the fleur-de lys 'stone' interior appears to be intact; there are several tile roundel cracks and the base frame that independently supports the stove has had restoration and needs addition repairs thought the cast iron elements are there; there is screen behind the lions which may or may not be original. This stove is in restorable condition. This item has been sold.
