This Zsolnay tile has a very strict Secession spirit: organic but stiff. The tile was used on a poster for a Zsolnay exhibition a few years ago in Vienna. Factory mark on the reverse and it is 6 " square. Raised relief flower and foliage design against a highly metallic eosin background. C. 1905. This tile has been sold.
