An American Greek Revival / Empire fire grate. Steel with brass finials. Size: gross dimensions 34.5" wide by 27" tall by 11" deep; fits against a fireplace opening 24" across. Condition: rusted metal, applied decoration in the lower left corner missing a final above the pineapple. Early 19th century. Probably originally painted. Price: $750.00.
