Item: Gas 1. A 19th century cut glass gas chandelier pan. Frosted and wheel cut decorations.Size: 10" across; 3" tall and the hole is a little shy of 3/4" diameter. There are holes and hooks for 20 prisms. Condition: two tiny edge flakes. No cracks. Scuffs consistent with use and age. This is an invaluable cut glass element: it was used at the bottom of the fixture to hide the junction of the glass gas arms. Probably American, could be Mt. Washington Glass Co. Price: $250.00.
