# 5241. A three piece Victorian Parlor Set consisting of a settee and a pair of side chairs. Circa 1865-75. Black Walnut with original black paint tracery/metal beaded gadrooning and stamped brass in relief mounts/ brass foliate mounts. Size of the settee is 6' 4"; long enough to stretch out on an take a nap. Condition: the upholstery is fraying and needs to be re-upholstered. The material is a thin-red/rose cotton damask. The style and workmanship is consistent with that of Alexander Roux. Price for the three piece set is: $6,500.00.
