# 5194. A porcelain and bent iron fern cachepot on stand. Napoleon III era- Neo-Grec style. Circa 1850. The porcelain bowl is 6" deep and 8" across. The base as it stands on the floor is 17" across on its three stretcher feet; the fern stand is 36" tall. Condition: scuffs to the fired on paint of the porcelain bowl, some gilt loss to the decoration. No cracks to the porcelain. The bent iron stand has been painted with gold paint more than once. The blue ground is typical to the colors used during this era decoration. Price: $850.00.


The major decoration is only on one side.
