Antique Glass from Their Drawing Room Antiques

# 5158. An early 20th century Secession metal mounted art glass vase. Size: 13" tall and 8.5" across (outside metal dimensions). Condition: no losses to the metalwork; there are tiny edge flakes to the upper rim. There is no pontil on the underside. Some wear to the glass bottom edge and some wear to the upper ring as it surrounds the glass neck. Presumed to be Josef Rindskopf and Sons. A similar form is without metal mounting is pictured on page 8 of Volume 1 # 3 of the Czechoslovakian Collectors Guild International. As described: " Item . . . 6 is possibly Peacock Glass". Price: $1,750.00.
