# 5060. A Monumental Parian Figural Group ~ Isaac and Rebekah. Circa 1850. Wedgwood (unmarked) after William Beattie William Beattie was a versatile modeler and sculptor who exhibited at the RA, BI, and RSA (1829-1864). About 1850, he moved to the Potteries and worked for several of the factories designing models for parian production. This group is pictured in the Book written by Richard Dennis "The Parian Phenomenon", Page 192, Fig. 635. Size: 21" tall and 10" x 16" diameter. Condition: two fingers on the right hand of the female figure is broken and missing; the thumb of the male figure is missing and the foot of the male figure was broken off and repaired using a bolt.
