Item # 4909. A pair of carved ivory Japanese or Chinese dogs. Breed I believe is the Shih Tzu - Shitsu. They also have the appearance of a Spaniel. Size: a little over 3" long. A matched opposite pair. Mounted on custom made wood pedestals. Late 19th century. Each is signed with the same marks. Condition: no losses, repairs, etc. Price: $1,500.00 the pair.
