# 4430. A pair (2) of Audience Guest Chairs designed by Lord Snowdon; circa 1969, for the Investiture of Charles as Prince of Wales Ceremony. The ceremony was held at Caernarvon Castle in Wales. Size: 31" tall to the back; 22" wide and 19" deep. Newer upholstery. Condition: sturdy, comfortable, no breaks or losses. Minor scratches consistent with use and age. Bent wood, original red paint and original gold gilt decoration on the back of the seat. A usable and unusual pair of chairs. Price for the pair is $1,750.00.
