Antique Glass from The Drawing Room of Newport
# 4067. A leaded window. Size 18” x 20”. Attributed to the firm of Tiffany. This unusual combination of Apple Blossoms and Daisies was part of a transom window from a local Newport Rhode Island estate.There are several breaks to the glass; the stabilizing bars across the window are bronze made to fit the design. We have a companion window (4063) that came from the samd home using daisies. Both are from a Newport Rhode Island Bellevue Avenue Cottage. The daisy flower is seldom used in Tiffany designs.
