# 226. Offering a fine and rare Zsolnay cachepot. Form number (5686) indicate a production year of between 1899 and 1900. Size: 10" across at the top and 8.75" tall. Glaze: dull etched Green & Gold Eosin metallic glaze. Nice contrasts of both the green and gold to highlight various decorative elements. There are some pale purple highlights in a certain light.This cachepot glows from across the room with its special reflective glaze. We purchased this item in Vienna a number of years ago.
